Our ESG Policy is at the very heart of our business. It informs the decisions we make today, ensuring we always work towards a better tomorrow. OUR 2025 ESG ROADMAP This document sets out our ESG objectives, achievements to date and ambitions. TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring are fully committed to ensuring that this policy is implemented at every level of our business – benefiting our staff, customers, suppliers and the communities we work in. We are investing time and resource into the execution and further development of this policy. Importantly, every member of our senior management team is actively involved in ensuring its success. This is only the beginning. TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring will continue to work towards improving sustainability, making changes where necessary and driving our ESG Policy goals.

We have established a senior management steering group to oversee and implement all aspects of our ESG Policy We are committed to providing equal opportunities and increasing the diversity of our workforce and regularly report on gender pay equality We have a clear Safety, Health and Environmental Policy that promotes our zero harm culture We have an Anti-Slavery Policy that reflects our commitment to acting ethically
We have significantly reduced energy consumption at our National Distribution Centre through the installation of a new LED lighting system. Branch upgrades to LED are planned throughout 2025 We have reduced the reliance on paper and packaging throughout all business operations. 985,000 annual pages have already been saved through tech initiatives
We supporting the Mind Charity with local and national initiatives

TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring have an ambitious sustainability strategy that runs throughout our business. It not only covers our own operations but also includes what suppliers we choose to work with, the products we wish to sell and how we can impact our customers. This is our plan for 2025: SUSTAINABILITY MATTERS
Products and Packaging • Review of product suppliers for commitments/plans towards sustainability via our Supplier Sustainability Charter. • Developing/sourcing of more sustainable products including Own label products and reducing our offer in supplying artifical grass. Logistics and Transport • Evolving fleet to be more fuel efficient to reduce waste & emissions • Improving efficiencies in supply chain to reduce waste & emissions • Development of EV charging infrastructure Waste and Recycling • Setup/development of recycling schemes with suppliers • Embed recycling schemes in operations • Managing ‘end of life’ disposal by implementing closed loop solutions where possible
People and Operations • Proactively investigate and consider any opportunities to enhance our approach to sustainability. • Identify and provide appropriate training, advice and information for colleagues • Improve/ensure participation in recycling schemes • Plan and implement transition to paperless operations • Manage communications to colleagues around sustainability Customers • Promoting and communicating sustainable products • Promoting returnable product waste schemes • Manage communications to customers around sustainability • Promoting best practice processes that will meet and exceed our customer needs and requirements

We continue to champion both national and local charities and promote their causes and are always looking at new ideas and ways of taking it a step further. We support and promote our peoples' efforts when sourcing for our local communities.
• Charity Partnership and Wellbeing : Our people support many charities, and we champion those efforts. Nestware Group also partner with a charity annually that our people have voted for – for the last two years this has been Mind. This also links in with our overall approach to holistic wellbeing and H&S culture. We regularly engage with our people on holistic wellbeing initiatives, promoting our Employee Assistance Programme and providing tools to support with financial, mental and physical health. • Providing access to Training and Communications: We have a wealth of bite sized training and communications to help educate ourselves and our people on Sustainability, Recycling, and other ESG initiatives. We aim to raise awareness and educate our people through our Colleague Engagement Group, Learning Management System and company newsletters and intranet.

TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring are passionate about doing the right thing – from the commercial decisions we make and how we go about our business through to how we treat colleagues, customers and suppliers. To make sure we not only “talk the talk” but actually “walk the walk” starts by having high standards of governance. We have robust and transparent policies that ensure we trade in an ethical manner. These are reinforced by our senior management team who are fully engaged in their implementation. Whilst ou r colleague training and awareness initiatives enable every member of our team to put our policies into action.
In order to maintain high standards of governance, transparency and ethical behaviour we are committed to the following actions:
• Maintaining strong oversight and management of risk: including compliance, environmental, social, and governance risks, through regular assessments , audits and reporting • Promoting ethical behaviour and preventing corruption: by adhering to our Code of Conduct, implementing anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies and procedures, and conducting regular training and awareness programmes for colleagues
• Ensuring transparency and accountability: through clear communication with stakeholders, including regular reporting on our ESG performance • Regularly reviewing and updating our ESG policy: as this is an essential part of our commitment to operating in a responsible and sustainable manner, we will ensure it remains relevant and effective in guiding our business practices
